There are various causes that include hormones, environmental pollution, food, animals, weather, fungi, molds among others. These causes can be avoided by taking the right precautions.

One should be able to know what causes or triggers their asthma attack. This gives them an easier opportunity for prevention. Asthma cause can also be hereditary. If one is born in a family that suffers from asthma, there are chances that one could be born with this condition. Smoking could also cause asthma either in adulthood or as a child. In a child, it is usually given through the mother while pregnant. Pregnant women should therefore avoid smoking.

Asthma causes could also be brought about by medication that react negatively causing an attack. Hormonal changes also contribute in some people as a cause. Sex is another cause that triggers this condition, either during or after. Vigorous exercise may also trigger an asthma attack. It is therefore of importance that one knows the cause of their attack and take the necessary precautions.

You can take precautions by taking medications such as steroid tablets that cause an ease in breathing air in and out of the airways. These tablets are of various forms for various conditions. Other medications include inhalers such as preventative which are used to prevent attacks and relievers which are used to relief the patient during an attack.
